I had an accident that left me with broken teeth, and I was really worried about how things would turn out. Thankfully, I found Dr. Shetty, and I couldn’t have asked for better care. From the very first visit, they explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the treatment plan. The root canal was done smoothly with minimal discomfort, and the capping was done so well that my teeth look completely natural. The whole process took less than a week, but I always felt like I was in good hands. The staff was also friendly and professional, making the experience much easier. I'm really grateful for the care I received and would definitely recommend Dr. Shetty to anyone in need of dental treatment—especially for complicated cases. I was suffering from tooth ache for almost 6 months but kept postponing my visit to the dentist due to the COVID-19 scare. However, after researching a lot, I went to Dr. Shylesh Shetty's clinic at Indira Nagar. I must say that they take 200% efforts in maintaining cleanliness at their clinic - every staff wears a PPE kit and they keep cleaning the touchpoints after every use. The doctor was very friendly and explained the root canal process clearly. After a week, I got the root canal treatment done and I don't feel any pain now. Thanks to the doctor and all the support staff for their splendid treatment and friendly service. The Clinic Very courteous staff at the front desk. The clinic itself was very clean and tastefully done. There is even a kids play area and with soothing background music. A very well thought off layout with separate consultation and procedure section. I really loved the experience of the clinic. The Doctor This was my first root canal experience and I must say that doctor shylesh kept me calm before and during the procedure. He even gave options of tooth extraction vs root canal pros and cons and let me decide what I thought was best for myself. I think he did a great job as it has been 20 hours since the procedure and I have no pain :) I would recommend him to all folks in and around the Indira Nagar area and even the rest of Bangalore, Dr.shylesh is definitely worth the Bangalore traffic :) ~ Shamini M

The doctors at Excellence made a dental visit which I was dreading a smooth experience! I am scared of going to the dentists in general and having never visited a dentist in Bangalore before, I was quite apprehensive when my old dental filling chipped off and tooth started aching. Excellence Dental blew me away by how large and professional it is compared to my previous experiences in Mumbai. Most importantly, the doctors were very kind. They showed me images and x-rays and explained what was required in enough detail that I felt in control and knew what was happening during the consultation as well as the procedure itself. Last but not the least, Dr. Nidhi made sure I was comfortable during the procedure and even let me listen to podcasts on my earphones to drown out the "zzzzz" noise which I hate. Dr. Shailesh Shetty is highly professional, experienced, and extremely patient. Before starting the procedure, he clearly explained the entire situation and the possible outcomes. In my case, a broken instrument was stuck inside the tooth, which was a critical and challenging situation. He honestly informed me that there was only about a 5% chance of successfully removing it and also explained the worst-case scenarios, which gave me confidence and peace of mind. Despite the complexity of the case, Dr. Shetty successfully removed the broken file with remarkable skill. The procedure was completed with minimal pain, and both the doctor and his team were very friendly and supportive throughout. Dr Shylesh Shetty is excellent in his expertise of doing microscopic RCT....earlier my experience of RCT else where was not that smooth involving multiple seating.....but the microscopic procedure done by Dr Shetty was totally pain free & to my full satisfaction....I did not face any pain at all any time after procedure. In simple words he is thorough in his expertise & highly cultured person , understands the anxiety of patients & responds to all queries to full satisfaction. Dr Shylesh is very polite and gentle.I had injured my tooth and it seemed I would lose it. Dr Shetty understood my anxiety and comforted me with his confident and assuring words. I had gum bleeding issues and have been consulting multiple doctors for over 3 months. Dr. Shailesh Shetty was able to identify and fix the issue in couple of sittings with re-root canal treatment and by removing the infection. He has been patient in explaining the problem and the solution and the overall experience has been excellent. With 2 days after the treatment, the gum bleeding stopped and have been keeping well for last 1 month w/o any relapse. I visited Dr Pragya after I had lost hopes everywhere else. My mother was told she doesn’t have good bone by multiple doctors. She was struggling with a denture and lot of discomfort. Dr Pragya successfully did implants and gave her artificial teeth in her upper jaw. It’s been one year now. I am so lucky I met her, otherwise my mother would still be wearing dentures. Last visited for an RCT and capping and reiterate my thoroughly satisfying experience . Painless, processional & absolutely hygiene oriented procedure. Today I went in for a filling in a critical area. Dr Sylesh Shetty made it a breeze of a procedure and alleviated my worries. The clinic is squeaky clean and dental assistants extremely well trained for patient comfort as also anticipated the surgeon needs with alacrity. Reception staff probably second to NONE in industry. There were about half a dozen clients who appeared thoroughly contented post dental attention. Pertinent Point to note is that the staff aren’t chasing consulting/treatment money but concentrate on patient satisfaction as paramount goal. I found the centralised air conditioning/piped music perfect and the atmosphere serene. My entire family has now become partial to this specialist hospital not-withstanding our free dental treatment facility in professional defence hospitals. One expects a doctor to be professional & Dr. Shylesh was certainly thorough & highly professional. What stood out most, however, was his empathy throughout the entire process.
